I updated the BIOS of my HP 15-da0011lam prod laptop. id: 3PX36LA#ABM, and after the update the battery doesn't charge well, it is connected to the power for a few seconds and then disconnected. When it is connected it says (connected) but it does not say (charging). I removed the battery, pressed off button for 30 seconds and reconnected it, I tried to calibrate it by discharging it from UEFI and it didn't solve. I deleted windows and installed it again and it doesn't work.
After updating the BIOS it no longer shows the original model and product, but rather the product name. Insyde H20 EFI BIOS, Serial ABCDEF0123, prod number 1234567#ABA.
I think the solution may be to install the original BIOS but I don't remember what number it was. Does anyone have the BIOS download link that corresponds to this laptop? It's from 2018

Hi @davidacardona,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.
Have you made any changes to your OS?
If yes, this could be a compatibility issue. As this unit does not support Windows 11.
I recommend you continue with Windows 10, until further updates.
Or I recommend you contact phone support for further assistance.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
