Hi @Manuel106, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error "Fusibile scattata" (Blown Fuse) with the failure ID PWDU7D-BGECJB-MFPV5G-C6DS03 suggests a hardware failure in your HP ENVY 15-ep0005nl laptop's battery or charging circuit. Here’s what you can do:
1. Basic Troubleshooting
Check the Power Adapter and Charging Port
- Unplug the charger, inspect the connector for damage or dust, and try a different power outlet.
- If possible, test with another compatible HP charger.
Perform a Power Reset
- Shut down the laptop.
- Disconnect the power adapter.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the adapter and try charging again.
Update the BIOS & Drivers
- Go to HP Support Assistant or HP's website and check for BIOS updates.
- Ensure your battery and power management drivers are up to date.
2. Check Battery in Windows
- Open Device Manager → Expand Batteries.
- Right-click Microsoft AC Adapter & Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery → Click Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop; Windows will reinstall the drivers automatically.
3. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics (Again)
- Turn off the laptop.
- Press F2 at startup to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Run the Battery Test again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thanks, but the three methods you suggest me didn't resolve the issue. I have ordered a new battery from the hp spare parts website and i am waiting for the delivery. I hope that the problem is in the battery and that i can solve it when i change it. I will inform you after replacement.

Thank you for your response, @Manuel106.
That sounds like a solid plan! If the issue is just with the battery, replacing it should get your HP ENVY back to normal. Once you install the new battery, remember to:
- Calibrate It – Charge it to 100%, then let it drain completely before recharging.
- Check BIOS & Drivers – Update if needed to ensure proper battery communication.
I hope this helps!
