Battery doesn´t fully charge

I noticed that my laptop isn´t fully charging, after surfing the web I found that I could do a diagnostic to my battery and on ther first time it failed, but when I tried again 3 or 4 times it approved and confirmed it was okay. Now I am confused and don´t know what to do, my PC won´t charge past 89 or 91 (says it´s connected to a power source but doesn´t charge), for sure there got to be a problem, if someone could help me I would appreciate. By the way, my laptop warranty still apllies.

You can try completely discharging the laptop battery and recharge it for like 7~8 hours to clear battery memory thus making it relearn the lithium voltage and capacity

Well, I did what you said but still won´t pass 90%, if you have more information please let me know, thanks for the reply.
