HP EliteBook 645 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4K020AV)

Hi,

I have big trouble with my laptop. When I power it off, its lose battery - about 15% by night. After weekend remains in battery about 40% - its not acceptable for me.

I have last bios (1.10.00 - I think its from win update)

Fast start in win was disabled.

charging usb port was disabled too.

In work we have few same laptops and some has same issue and some not (30/70).

I try reinstall win (clear drive), new firmware, make all updates, turn off it "hard" but still it same - loose power in off state.

Whats wrong? Can somebody help me?

Nobody help me?

Thanx.

I have solution now - because on HelpDesk line on HPsupport, guy tell me thats normal thats You lose 15% of battery by night. You have two options:

1. take your HP laptop, dispose it and buy Dell.

2. use your guarantee and guy from service change your Motherboard and battery.

Booth solution is works well because now I lose only about 2% by weekend.
