HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0013ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my ENVy (HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0013ur) couple of months ago and noticed that it drains battery for 5% daily when it complely switched off or in hibernate mode.

I have read this topic.

What I did by myself:

  • Installed all software updates from HP Support assistant.
  • Installed all Windows updates.
  • Unpluged all USB devices.
  • Re-installed latest BIOS to F22.
  • Disabled usb charging in BIOS.
  • Disabled fast boot in Windows.
  • HP Battery check reports that battery is OK.

None of these actions helped me.

Please help me resolve this issue.

I have tried steps provided by Banhien. Windows fixed some errors like display fade time display turn off time, but all these items are relatated to state when power is on none of them affects turned off or hibernate state.

Battery drained out for 4% in last 12 hours when laptop was in hibernate (note that truning Windows off have same effect).
