Pavilion 15 CS-3069TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just bought a new HP Pavilion 15 (model of cs-3069 TX) about 3 weeks ago. The battery gets to drain up quite quickly. (seems like it drains 1% in one minute. By about an hour, more than 20% of battery has lost). I have adjusted the screen brightness to its minimum level as well as putting it in battery saver mode. Also, the battery gets up to 30 to 35 degree Celsius while checking it with HP support assistant although I have just on my laptop for less than 30 minutes. Not only that, the battery has drained for 5% while leaving it turned off for a day. Is there anything I can do with this? Hope to hear from you guys soon, thank you!

Hi, I have tried this method in about 2 weeks ago and it seems like the problem still occur. Should I perform this calibration step again? Some did comment that fully discharging decreases battery life (from other forum).
