Hi, I have a HP Pavilion - 15-cw0505sa. For a while now I've been getting a message to run a battery check when I log on. I entered the BIOS diagnostic test and ran the battery test. I got the following error message (see picture also):
Primary - Weak (30)
Failure ID: 9LTUXT-9AKAQF-MFPXG1-C0AR03
Whats the cause of this?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that your HP battery test failed and the failure ID refers to the battery error 601, in order to fix this issue your notebook battery needs to be replaced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
