Battry wont charge but will run from mains. Charging icon shows the connection to the mains. It appears to charge for a few seconds after login but that then stops and sits at 0% continually. Every so often it will randomly say locking screen and then crash. Ran a diagnostic and had failure id - 0GF14F-83MBSQ-MFPX7F-C09303 .
Linked to heading Battery Check :Primary - Replace (40)
Any idea if this can be fixed. Do I need a new battery of is this something else. I have deleted and reinstalled the latest 2 drivers that are battery related.
Thanks

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
Since the battery test shows failure id - 0GF14F-83MBSQ-MFPX7F-C09303, this is a hardware issue and the battery needs to be replaced.
