I have the following error id: UALCW3-000C8K-MFPXGK-C0WN13. What does it mean? Also, the battery charging light keeps blinking in white color. Now it does not even want to turn on

The error says it is failed.
That means it needs to be replaced with a new one.

Battery (3-cell, 41 Whr, 3.55 Ahr, Li-ion) L11119-855
It is highly recommended to purchase and install only Genuine HP part numbered batteries. "Compatible" batteries have been known to not always operate as expected.
