Battery failed in the diagnostic test

Hello,

I've run a battery test and got "Battery Check: Failed", Failure ID: PLXORK-8G49RL-MFPUQ1-C0FH03"

Does anybody know what this means?

Welcome to HP support community.

I'm not able to validate the test results as it seems to have been interrupted, please wait until the test completes and revert with the results.

Install the latest version of the HP Hardware diagnostics (UEFI) on your device using this link: Click here for details:- Click here

 Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click Power Tests.

Click Battery Test.

Battery Test - The Battery Test checks the battery and allows you to run calibration if needed.

The Battery Check test time is 2 minutes. Battery Calibration time is 2 to 4 hours.

To run the test and for battery information, follow the steps in Battery Test.

If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.
