Product: HP Pavilion 15-bc014nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have never been able to find a genuine replacement battery for this product (HP Pavilion 15-bc014nl). Now I need to replace it. Could HP tell me where to find it and the price?

Same as other vendors, HP normally won't stock batteries. Your machine uses  3-cell lithium-ion (Li-Ion), 5.37Ah, 61Wh (TE03XL)   part # 849910-850 as mentioned on the following link
