Product: HP Pavilion 15-bc014nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have never been able to find a genuine replacement battery for this product (HP Pavilion 15-bc014nl). Now I need to replace it. Could HP tell me where to find it and the price?

(It will sent in Italy and Newegg.com don't arrive in Italy)

Have you tried the HP parts store?

You could also tray battdepot.com. They are 3rd party batteries but I have had great success when dealing with them.

Yes i try the hp shop but don't have part number 849910-850. Today i wrote to hp shop assistence..we'll see..

 battdepot.com does not have my pc among their models but they have battery. I don't understand all this difficulty it is not a cheap pc. I have never had so much difficulty finding a spare part in my entire life. Thanks
