I went through all the contact channels first and out of frustration, I came here. And now you send me back to the same place that could not help me. BTW your Virtual Assistant is totally useless and frustrating.
The true quality of a company is not the great products or sales service they provide but how they handle customers when things go wrong. HP, unfortunately, is not one of those companies that are here to help. If you only knew the effort I have put in over the last four days trying to just buy a battery and so far HP is unable to help me.
I have four HP laptops and two HP printers in my house. When I change them, I am going with a company that offers Customer Service as it should be.
I am going to spell out in detail on Trust Pilot my frustrating Customer journey with you. And I will rate you 1 Star ... only because they do not allow Zero stars.
