Product: HP laptop Serial [Personal Information Removed]

I  bought an HP laptop in 2016.  The other night the laptop just stopped working and I couldn't turn it back on. I suspect the battery just died, especially as over recent months I kept getting a message that the battery was degrading (I bought software thinking this was just about battery saving) .  The laptop simply stopped without warning.  I have searched the internet but am having a hard time finding a replacement battery so am wondering where I can purchase one.  

laptop serial # [Personal Information Removed]

 

Battery info:

 

HSTNN-DB71

it says on the battery, replace with HP SPARE 807956-001

I think it says 10.96V
