Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs192od
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is hp15bs192od , the problem is the battery got drained and asking for replacement. When i have checked my old battery it is jc03 with 10.95 V and 31 whr and i tried much i didn't find it. Can i use JC04 with 41Whr and 14.6 V.
