Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

HP Spectre x360 Convertible PCModel numbers: 13-w000 – 13-w099Model numbers: 13-ac000 – 13-ac099 Mai...

Chapter 3, page 17 has the battery part number you need:

Battery, 3-cell, 58-WHr, 5.02-AHr, Li-ion (includes cable)   HP part # 859356-855

The battery is not orderable from HP, so I recommend you do a search by the battery part number on Amazon or eBay and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.

Hello…

I have been trying to open the back of the computer to remove and replace the battery. But the rear side will not release. I have taken out the screws - any ideas?

Unfortunately, I don't, but see if this video is of additional help.

The 13-w000 model series is covered by the same service manual as the 13-ac000 model series.

oK   - you have been very helpful.

BUT…..I can no longer connect to the internet since the battery has been replaced. Can this issue be related to the battery replacement?

HP Recommended

The only way that replacing the battery could have caused the internet not to work would be if you inadvertently disconnected the delicate Wi-Fi antenna wires in the process of replacing the battery.

It doesn't appear to me that the wireless card was located that close to the battery.
