Product: HP ENVY - 13-aq1006nl
Hi,
I bought my HP ENVY - 13-aq1006nl in March 2020. At the beginning the battery life was great, at least 8 hours.
Now, even though I barely use the PC because all the time I am with my work PC, when I watch something on streaming or simply navigate the internet, the battery lasts less than a couple of hours.
However, if I check the status of my device on the HP support assistant, the battery is classified as "Normal", but the duration is ridiculous.
What can I do to improve it? Should I contact the support? Is it normal that only after 2 years the performance is so damaged considered how little I use this device?
Thank you in advance!
