Product: HP Envy 13-d012na
My laptop is notifying me that I need my battery replaced but I cannot find any information online on the exact identification of my battery and how to purchase another. I've tried everything on the HP Parts store with no luck. Can anyone help? Laptop model: HP Envy 13-d012na. Thank you! x
