Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just charged my laptop, pulled out the charger and it wouldn't boot. So i plugged the charger back in, and i got an error message saying i should replace my battery with a new one. My laptop never had any problems with batterylife and now my laptop just instantly powers of without any shutdown routine, after 5 minutes of working without the charger plugged in. The batterypercentage stays at 100% according to the taskbar. 

 

Is there any way solving this without having to buy a new battery and replacing it?

 

I'm always working while traveling so i really need being able to work without a outlet...

How long have you had the laptop with the current battery? Have you run a diagnostic on the battery?
