When my laptop is in sleep mode or Switched off it does not charge, after turning the laptop on it says not charging but the laptop charges normally when using it. Please fix this

You need to run battery diagnostics for us. Go into HP Support Assistant app and look under troubleshooting and fixes for your laptop and then Diagnostics/Battery check. Report advanced results to us so we can tell the health of the battery.
