HP Pavilion 15-CS3001NE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have A NEW HP Pavilion 15-CS3001NE which comes with windows 10 home edition and 16 GB RAM which i bought 4 months ago, and i am facing this weird thing:-

1) when i turn the laptop on >> the battery will show that it is charging >> but after couple of seconds the battery will stop charging >> if i unplug the charger and re-plug it the battery will start charging for a couple of seconds and then stop charging..

i went to the device manager and i uninstall the 2 battery drives >> then i restart the PC .. but the problem was not solved.. i read that i need to remove the battery and restart the laptop.. but in my case i can not remove the battery as the product will be out of warranty.. any advice ?

Also when i click on the battery icon >> click on battery setting >> i will get a white page as follow:-

I reviewed your post and I understand the battery is not getting charged correctly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
