My computer is 2y 4m old and I've gotten a message to replace my battery twice now. After running a quick diagnostic, I've been informed that my battery is very weak (it's currently plugged in and will not charge, staying at 69% available).
Can I replace this myself (there are no screws on my laptop so I'm thinking no to this one)?
Can I jumpstart it?
If the battery needs to be replaced, where should I take it (I bought it at Best Buy, there is a GeekSquad in the store)?
How much will this cost? How long will it take?
And yes, my warranty has expired.
Thanks!
