Hello everyone,
I have an Hp ELITEBOOK 840 G9, with only 14 charge cycle and a battery that drains in 3 hours instead of 14 hours as stated by HP (51Wh with Intel I5-1235U cpu 15W)
I have Care Pack coverage with service HWM Onsite that is valid until 2025.
I contacted yesterday Hp Support on their number and they opened a Case: *****, CRM:*****
I cannot find this case in my HP Dashboard
How can I fix this issue knowing that I need the battery to be replaced asap.
