I have purchased HP pavilion 15-CC134TX in 2018, only due to the fact that my old HP pavilion performed very well for more than 10 years. I also recommended this HP pavilion to so many peoples in my circle, as I am a University Professor, so many students and colleagues followed my advice. But we all are having the issue of battery degradation/swelling with our laptop batteries. I have talked to HP customer care executive, their technical team. After battery health checkup, it's showing as "weak". Other parameters are quite normal (cycle count: only 125/1000, with fault code: 9FS9A3-973ANV-MFPW3G-C0AB23. I have HP care pack, but the battery is not covered under this pack. I am not able to understand the reason for this early degradation of my battery. While my old HP pavilion battery lasted quite long. Certainly, it's a quality-related issue, and I request HP to replace my battery free of cost, and cover it under their battery replacement program of laptops of this series bought in 2018. It's not expected from a renowned company to make fool of their permanent customers, who blindly believe on HP.
If this is not done, it would be a big loss to HP reputation. I may never recommend anyone to buy HP computers. HP is also requested to rise the quality of their products.
