"I bought my laptop on August 23, 2023, and raised my first battery issue on February 6, 2024. I contacted the HP support team, and they instructed me to run some diagnostics, but it was of no use. They kept saying my battery was in good condition, but in reality, it wasn't. I kept contacting them, and they even sent a technician, but still, nothing worked.

Then, after August 23, 2024, exactly when the warranty expired, they told me that I should replace my battery, but on a chargeable basis.

This is totally unfair. I've had a battery issue for 7 months, and I kept complaining about it with no result. Now, they are asking for money to replace it after the warranty has expired.

When I asked the HP support team about this, they said that when the technician came, there was no problem with the battery. But if there was no problem, why would I complain in the first place?

There was an issue that they couldn’t solve during the warranty period, and now they want me to pay for the replacement after the warranty has expired.

Today is September 12, and I’m sitting in front of a non-working laptop.
