Product: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Laptop shuts down while unplugged charging.
Initially it was showing the issue when the charge was at 20%, then eventually it increased, it showed the same issue at charge 40%, then at 70%, and now it gets shutdown immediately as the AC power chord is removed or unplugged.
Laptop does not start without the AC power source, even if the battery has a charge of 92%. Also the battery, does not charge above 92%.
I have also performed the power diagnostics from the UEFi settings, and found that the "battery is week(30)"
Also have captured some images of the error codes.
