I have an HP omen 15-ce0xx. I replaced the factory battery a couple months ago due to the factory battery failing after 2 years. Had to buy third party battery due to hp not selling any originals for my laptop.
the new battery no longer charges and after running some test I got a failure ID of the following:
PSL7U3-8N9ASB-MFPW2J-C0CR03
Want to know if there are any possible solutions besides replacing the batter

Hi @Astaurus
Unfortunately, no.
A battery replacement is going to be the only way to resolve the issue. Most batteries come with a one year warranty. I highly recommend touching base with the vendor you used to source the replacement battery which has provided the diagnostic test a S.M.A.R.T. test result that shows it has not had an expected service life. One year is the standard expectation,
The Diagnostic you provided translates to a Error code 601 - power.
The primary (internal) Battery (601) occurs in the error message. It signifies that the primary (internal) battery's measured storage is less than 25% of the original storage capacity. The error code linked with the number “601” is noted in the system log.
