My laptop warranty is expired but i replaced a new battery last year in July and the battery is in-warranty now , my issue is that my battery got swallowed and i contacted the dealer he advised me for contacting hp support

When did you first notice the battery swelling? Did you experience any overheating or performance issues before that?

 

Is the laptop still functioning normally, or have you noticed issues like the battery not holding charge, unexpected shutdowns, or the touchpad bulging?

 

Since the battery is under warranty, do you have the proof of purchase or warranty details from when you replaced it?
