I have a HP Laptop 15-da0xxx and from some time i'm facing battery issue with my laptop. it never shows the battery low notification and battery drains very very quick all most 100 to 0 % in 1 hr or 1.5 hr. when i plug-in the charger My laptop does not charge continuously ( means it automatically stop charging and automatically start. kind of power cut) and when i check my battery it shows FAILURE ID : RU07N1-9H2AAB-XD7W2K-C8NH03 and the PRODUCT ID : 4TT04PA#ACJ.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT AND WHAT THE REASON OF THIS ISSUE AND ALSO WHAT DOES IT MEANS?

HELP ME PLEASE !!!

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the failure ID you have shared, and it looks like the battery on the computer is weak and needs replacement.

 

You can purchase all the replacement parts available for your computer from the HP part surfer.

 

Follow the steps in the below article for detailed instructions.

Or else you can contact the support team and they will assist you in ordering the part.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
