Hello, recently I started having a issue where my laptop unexpectedly shuts down below 30 % battery percentage. I have to plug it to turn it back on and when I do, it says I’m at 0 percent. I did a battery check and it says it’s ok and I also uninstalled Microsoft apci
driver or something and it still is having that issue. I’m very sure it’s software related as my battery still holds charge and lasts about 3-4 hours. Please help.

The only way to properly evaluate this is for you to run a full battery check and post the advanced results. The simple "OK" is not very informative. Here are instructions on how to do it:

Hello again,
I did everything it said in the article. I did the full battery check and the battery and ac adapter both passed. It’s still having the issue. I’m suspecting the battery driver is corrupt. This time it went down to 20% and then it turned off.

I need to see the actual advanced output of the test with specific information. If the battery driver were the problem, simply uninstalling the battery from device manager and rebooting would fix it. If it does not then we have a problem with the battery (likely) or the motherboard (possible but not as likely).
