I have a battery issue that isn't being addressed properly by the service representatives or the call centre.
i get the following errors:
- Startup error (601)
for which I did a component check (pressing f2 during startup and navigating to the component check)
which led me to battery check and I did the operation, after which I got the message mentioned in the 1st picture. (stating calibration required)
for which I did the battery calibration (by clicking the 'calibrate battery' button)
I let it run for about 3 hrs after which I get the message 'replace' but without any failure ID (refer to the 2nd picture).
I am not sure what the problem is with my laptop. please help me, it's urgent.
