picture 2picture 2picture  1picture 1battery problem chek2.jpegI have a battery issue that isn't being addressed properly by the service representatives or the call centre. 

i get the following errors:

- Startup error (601)

for which I did a component check (pressing f2 during startup and navigating to the component check)

which led me to battery check and I did the operation, after which I got the message mentioned in the 1st picture. (stating calibration required)

for which I did the battery calibration (by clicking the 'calibrate battery' button)

I let it run for about 3 hrs after which I get the message 'replace' but without any failure ID (refer to the 2nd picture).

I am not sure what the problem is with my laptop. please help me, it's urgent.

You need to replace the battery. If the test is not clean then the battery is defective.
