Hi everyone! Maybe someone could help me. Today I received a message from HP Support Assistant regarding my battery that it needs to be replaced. At the service center, they said that I need just to update my system and everything will work fine. Also, when they checked there are no error messages displayed. I came home and after an update, there is again the same issue that the battery needs to be replaced. Wanted to add, that having 100% of power notebook hick-up and displaying 0% of power. What do I need to do? Thanks in advance!

This definitely shows a battery that has to be replaced. It can only hold 6% of the original charge capacity.

Hope all is OK where you are located. In order to answer it would help to show us the advanced output of the battery test you can run in the HP Support Assistant. Not just pass/fail....advanced data tells us how many cycles, how much power each cell can still hold, etc. and then we can tell you if you have to replace the battery.
