Product: HP Pavilion 14-ce3506sa

Hello, 

 

I am currently fixing my boss’s laptop which she currently owns a HP Pavilion 14-ce3506sa. I have recently plugged in the charger and it’s just constantly flashing white but only when I press and hold the power button. Could this be an issues with the charger or battery itself?
