Product: Hp 15-ay008tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From model of hp 15-ay008tx battery while charging when it comes to 72% charging immediately stopped.

While I am using it will from 72% to 50% it will take 1hr 25 min to reduce battery.

From 100 its not Fully charged when getting 72 it will automatically stopped .help me

Your machine could be 7 or 8 years old, Battery could be a bit weak now. Please uses HPSA to check its capacity now . For example

Note: My machine is nearly 6 years old.
