Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

What I can I with this problem:

9WFTMA-BR6D6M-MFPWXG-C0AQ23

Everytime I start my laptop, I got this message. My laptop works fine, but the battery goes from 100% to 50% in just 15 minutes. Mij laptop is just 2½ years old. Is this even possible after such a short time?

I got HP laptops on my work fot more then 5 years and they never got this problem.

Is my laptop broken and what does it cost to fix this?
