HP ENVY Laptop 13-aq0xxx 6TC75EA#ABU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop recently and for the most part I am happy with it...But!!!

Like a lot of people I am spending more time at home at the moment so chose this particular model because of its 'all day' battery life, see below from HP website ...however i am getting between 3-4 hours when browsing the net and watching YouTube Videos ..I know enough about laptops to know I was never going to get 15 hours but expected more than 4..🤔

Should I be talking to HP Support?

Supports battery fast charge: approximately 50% in 45 minutes"

I have the same problem as well. After two and a half hours of zoom meeting, the battery is pretty much drained. I just recently purchased this laptop in April, so the battery should not be degrading that quickly. This is completely different to the 10-15 hours advertised time. I feel like I've been cheated tbh... Even when I'm not using zoom, just browsing youtube or using chrome browser eats through the battery fairly quickly in 4 hours.

This is quite unacceptable.
