Hey!

My device is HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx. and it is 6months old.

In the beginning I used to get around 4-5 hours of battery life with video conferencing and web browsing.  

But for the last two days I'm only getting maximum 2 hours of battery for the same usage and it generates a lot of heat from the side vents which is noticeable.

When I checked the battery status and total capacity, everything seems to be okay without errors and it shows 92% from the total battery capacity.

what would be the cause for this and what should I do?
