Pavilion 14-ce1001tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery indicator of my laptop is blinking white light whether it is plugged in or not. It charges slowly and not charging at all while the laptop is not turned on.

Please help resolve the issue.

If the main battery you refer to is the original one, then I am not surprised.

At 3+ years a main battery is likely to have reached the end of its service life.

You were fortunate to have been able to have a longer service life than that.

It is time to replace the original battery with a new unit.

A shop can replace it for you or you can purchase the battery and replace it on your own, while accepting the risk for any damage disassembly may cause.
