It's been two days since my laptop hasn't charged to full. When I plug in my charger, it shows red light (indicating it's charging) and charges to 60% then turns to white  - indicating it's fully charged, but it's not. I tried calibrating my laptop and these are the results:

Tried troubleshooting by reinstalling drivers, updating the bios, assessing the power chord, and running the system through another OS. None of these solved the issue.

How do I fix this issue? Will changing the battery resolve or the issue is somewhere else?

Please help

Thanks in advance!
