Hi
I 5 days ago i  got a new battery and have been having trouble calibrating it, it randomly goes off without warning even though not drained. I have taken the necessary steps finally even removing and placing the battery back but still nothing, this is the message I keep getting on the pc hardware diagnostics

Kindly help, should i replace the battery?

If that does not help

Here is a link to a Windows enthusiast forum with great information on how to calibrate your Laptop's battery.

If calibrating the battery does not resolve the issue, I do suggest replacing the main battery.

Calibration is actually calibrating the former 100%  full charge to the current full charge storage capacity, not the capacity of the battery when new, since the storage capacity of a battery does diminish over time.
