Hello,

I have tried the options recommended by HP, i.e. letting the battery run down etc. and also followed the instructions below.

  1. Connect the AC Adapter.

  2. Fully charge your battery (99%-100%).

  3. Keep the AC Adapter connected to the computer for 3 hours with the battery fully charged (99%-100%).

  4. Launch HP Battery Check using HP Support Assistant to validate the results.

I did all of this twice.  The battery is 100% but needs calibration.

What else can I try to calibrate the battery?

Assistance is much appreciated.

Regards  James
