Product: HP ProBook 650 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using the original battery with my laptop ( HP ProBook 650 G3)

I charged it and disconnected it from the charger to use it and keep it healthy however how long I charge whether the laptop is on/off it will not get above 79%.

I bought an original replacement for the battery and charged it, same thing happened

so, I don't know which battery is working well or it's a power driver problem. is there something I should adjust in bios settings?
