How long have you been using the notebook?
Unless yours is like mine and has the ability to set the limit of charging to extend the battery's service life, you battery is probably approaching a time where it will begin giving you diminishing mobile use of the notebook.
I suggest running the full battery test that is present in the HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility.
Kindly post the results here so you can keep us in the loop.
In the Notebook Knowledge base I posted a more advanced method of seeing the condition and history of your notebook's battery. It is far more thorough. You might consider generating a Windows battery report and posting it here.

I have the exact same number. It is since today, 16-11-2020. Let me know if you find the solution, I will aswell.
When checking the battery, it says it still has 91 percent capacity. Can it be because of the updates I did today, for example BIOS 1.37

The following helped for me.
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.
- Press F10 to open the bios setup utility.
- There was an option for power management and the battery health manager was the problem for me it seems

GO to Bios there are options on energy management to charge either up to 80% for plugged users or up to 100% for users mostly unplugged. So if you want to charge 100% choose that option back. This 80% charging preference is set after the last bios update a few days ago.

I experienced exactly same issue today after installing windows update.
Hp omen, dc1054nr
my battery cycle count is 313 /1000, i think system automatically limited it to extend battery life.
i will check bios options as well to see whether i have a choice or not. I want to leave as it is but problem is hp omen battery time is already 4 hours.
