Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

After upgrading the OS to Windows 11, I started facing problem with my battery charging. My battery is not charging, however I found that my battery and adaptor is working fine. I tried to update the battery drivers and also installed latest Windows 11 updates but problem still persist. 

 

Can someone help me on this. My laptop details are mentioned below:

 

Model no. 14s-cf3027tx
Product no. 191C9PA
[Personal Information Removed]

OS: Windows 11 with latest updates

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

 

(1) Open the windows device manager and uninstall the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery

- Right click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"

- Click "Uninstall device"

- Confirm your choice if you see a popup notification

(2Reboot your notebook and test again ...

Thank you @ub6424 for your suggestion. 

I had  uninstall the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" driver from  windows device manager. 

Reboot my laptop, however problem still persists.
