Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0070wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had my device for about 2 months and it was working fine until last week. I took a few Windows 11 upgrades, I dont lnow if it had anything to do with it.


I have it plugged in but it doesnt appear to be charging.

BTW i checked the device manager and it shows that my battery device and battery adapter is working properly.
