A couple of times windows update happened after which my laptop battery is not charging to 100%. Initially it stopped at 93, then 91 and now 83. I did system diagnostics and the battery check showed pass. What do I do about it?

I recommend that you run the Windows Battery-Report utility.
If the battery is the original and was from the model year 2018, it is doing what all batteries do.
Battery storage "full" capacity in milliamp hours for every type of battery diminishes from day one.
This happening after a Windows update may just be coincidental.
