Hi!
I have a problem with my laptop battery
The battery has always worked very well even before yesterday.
There was an update for the computer and I updated it and then it did not charge the battery well, it charges up to 70% and sometimes stops charging at 65%.
If I remove the charging source and turn it on again, the charge will increase by 1% and then it stops like this, it varies from 65% to 75%. If I repeat the process, the charge may reach 80%, but not always, when laptop stops charging, the white light lights up, "The charging rate has reached 70%." but usually the white light lights up only when the charging percentage reaches 100%.
I read on your official page a few things that can help me get the computer back to 100% charge.
I have power off the laptop and I disconnected AC adapter from the laptop and I press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter, power ON the laptop and I make uninstall the battery drivers and reinstall them.
I turned off the computer and pressed the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu. But I didn't find for anything to help me restore charge my laptop to 100%.
I made sure that the computer charging cable is working well and has no problem.
I couldn't understand exactly what the problem was, but the battery always worked perfectly
But since the last update the laptop no longer even charges 100%.
Now can HP help me recharge my laptop battery to 100%?
