My battery won't charge past 7% so it's essentially only working when it's plugged into the mains.
I ran a Battery Check using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and it passed, but the Test Log shows the following - I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what I might be able to do to fix it based on this? Thanks.
