Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I replaced a battery in my laptop, I cannot turn it on with power button unless laptop is plugged in.

I had cmos reset 502 error when I turned it on.

I've updated the BIOS, but that didn't change anything.

Battery is not detected by HP support assistant

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics gave me this failure code:

RH095A-000C0Q-GXGH5F-C0WA13
