Product: Split x2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop only turns on with the AC power adapter and it reads battery not present. I have tried uninstalling the battery drivers, updating the BIOS no luck anything else I can try it has an internal battery

@Aaron951 , welcome to the forum.

 

If you haven't done so, you should run the battery diagnostics to see if it has failed.  See the "Test your battery" section in the link that I provided for help.

I ran the diagnostic on my battery and power cord. The power cord passed the battery just days cancelled

Thank you for the additional information, @Aaron951!  It sounds like you have a failed battery if the diagnostics doesn't run.

@Aaron951, if you provide the full model of your laptop I will help you find the price of the battery.  It would be much less expensive to buy a new battery.
